In 2010, Kate started Well Kneaded Massage in the upstairs of the Castrogiovanni Insurance Agency building owned by her and her husband, Chuck. Well Kneaded Massage continues to grow as a team of Massage Therapists who want to share the gift of massage with the community!

Kelli Gasperi began working at Well Kneaded Massage in September of 2017. As a teenager, Kelli would get massages regularly and always loved how it made her feel. She decided she wanted to become a Massage Therapist and learn how to make people feel better too. In 2011, Kelli graduated from Fortis Institute and received her license in massage therapy a few months later. Since then she has gained a lot of experience working in chiropractic offices. Kelli specializes in Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage. She also offers a relaxing Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage. Kelli has hours Wednesdays and Saturdays. Gina Hamilton graduated in 2016 from the Susquehanna County Career and Technology Center and has been with WKM since September 2019. Offering Integrative Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Relaxation Massage, and NOW Bamboo Fusuon Massage!! Gina's hours are every other Thursday 2:30-8 and one Saturday a month 2:30-8. Melinda Prophet has been with WKM since 2019 and been practicing massage therapy since 2001 with well over 1500 hours of training at 6 different schools. She loves the multifaceted nature of massage and bodywork. She works at the pace that allows her to feel change in myofacial tissues and muscles. When opening and lengthening myofacial lines, relief in structure and ease in posture occurs. The nervous system is nourished and this encourages a cascade of relief and positive effects to the mind body and inner workings of the digestive system. Melinda only works at the depth of the clients comfort, and encourage good communication. She believes our bodies work daily toward health and healing. Eddie Smith has been with Well Kneaded Massage since the summer of 2021. He currently offers Thai massage and is only seeing clients who are vaccinated. He has appointments available Sundays and Mondays. To make an appointment with Eddie, contact him at 607-759-2480.
Kate Castrogiovanni, owner of Well Kneaded Massage has been a massage therapist since 2005. Before choosing massage therapy as a career, Kate graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Exercise Science and worked as a personal trainer for a year before attending massage school at the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in Quakertown, Pa. As a young child, she began massaging her father's feet and back on a regular basis. Strengthening her hands as an athlete playing field hockey, basketball and throwing javelin and shot-put in track and field, she doesn't solely rely on physical strength. When very sick with cancer, her mother gave Kate a new appreciation for touch and massage as a gentle means for comfort and pain management. She learned then that not everyone wants the same thing from a massage and it is her intention to listen carefully to the client and their body to give a truly Well Kneaded Massage.
